1. Some products do come with warranty with global coverage by the manufacturer. In such a case the customer goes directly to the manufacturer for support in case a repair is needed. We can assist you in the process.
   
2. In the case the product is not supported by the manufacturer in Cyprus we will include an extended warranty at no extra cost which provides the same coverage as the manufacturer in Cyprus.
3. 95% of the time the service takes place in Cyprus. If this is not possible service can be provide in Greece or in the UK. We try hard so you almost NEVER have to send your product outside Cyprus and never back to the US.
4. Attention: The customer is responsible to register their product online with the warranty company after the purchase. The warranty registration codes will be posted within your account. Failure to do so within 21 days will void any warranty.
