The following timetable shows you an estimate as to when you should

that we do not provide a shipping-charges table since how much you pay
depends on how much you buy.

Is my package going to be insured?
A: YES! We do insure all our packages for their FULL price. You don't
need to pay anything extra for that. The insurance premium is already
included in the shipping charges.

Do you combine
shipping?
A: OF COURSE! If you buy more than one item (at the same time) shipping
is combined for you and you can save a lot. That's an extra reason for
you to buy more than one products
at a time!
Q: What
kind of
shipping method do you use?
A: We currently use
FedEx International Priority and FedEx Int'l Econimy, two of the
fastest
and most reliable delivery
methods to date.
Q:
Is the package delivered to my house?
A: YES. If you choose
FedEx as your shipping method delivery will be door to door. If you
choose USPS, Post Office might at their discretion attempt once to
deliver your
package even though you might be required to go pick up your package
from one of the nearest post offices.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: After you have placed your order, and the payment is cleared and
verified, you should
expect to receive your order in as little as 3 business days.
More precisely, the timetable in Figure1 will show you more details for
transit times. Most of the time this is accurate but there can be
exceptions due to various reasons. However, if your order is to be
delayed significantly for whatever reason, you will be notified
promptly. Please note that, due to the nature of this, we
canNOT and do NOT offer any guarantees as to when
your package will be delivered once the package leaves our warehouse so
please try to be a little patient in this process, need be. FedEx
offers a 2-3 day guarantee for delivery. This refers to business days
in transit. Once your package is picked up by FedEx it is guaranteed
that your package will reach Cyprus in 2-3 business days. For

Q: How can I view
the status of my order?
A: For all orders you have placed with us you will be able to obtain a
status of it by logging into your account and choosing "Track my
Orders". This will bring you up to speed on your order status and if
the package has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking
number.
Then go to FedEx.com
and use your tracking number to track your
package.
Q:
Will you ship to UNCONFIRMED (other than the billing) addresses?
A: ABSOLUTELY NO! The billing address of the credit card you use will
have to match with the the shipping address. Otherwise the payment will
be refunded immediately and the transaction will NOT be completed. Also
note that you need to be the owner of the credit card you use. In other
words YOUR name has to appear on the credit card. All
payments pass through a rigorous screening process before associated
orders ship. Anauthorized usage of (stolen or not) credit cards will be
reported to the authorities and invloved parties will be prosecuted to
the full extent of the law.
Q:
What is "billing address"?
A: Billing address is the address where you receive your bank
statements. In other words, that is the address that your bank has on
record for you. If you wish to have your item shipped to an address
other than
your billing address please call your bank in advance to
add that address on your account.
