EXTENDED
WARRANTY Additional to the standard warranty above, we offer for a low subsidized fee warranty contracts for up to 5 YEARS WARRANTY
from the day of purchase. To view all extended warranty plans available

here. In order to protect their valuable investments for as
long as possible, it is recommended that the customer includes one of these warranty plans at the time of purchase. Extended warranty plans can only be purchased and registered within 21 days of the time of purchase.
RETURNS In case an
item purchased on this site is received 'Dead on Arrival' (DOA), or not as described,
it can be
returned back to us within 14 days from the day of purchase.We will replace it at no
charge. iPelagos.com reserves the right to decide whether the DOA item will be replaced or issued a refund for. This 14-day return window offered by iPelagos.com covers only defects that would normally be covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty. Defects that are caused by misuse or abuse of the customer are not covered by our 14-day return policy. For all
returns, buyer should contact us first to obtain an RMA
(Return-Merchandise Authorization). If an order, or an item in an
order, arrives not as described this must be reported within 48 hours
from the time of receipt. No returns, for any reason, will be accepted after this 15-day time period. For more details read the
"Defective Item Return" paragraph below.
Our
WARRANTY a. Certain manufactures offer Global coverage on their products' warranty. Many manufacturers have repair centers in Cyprus. In such a case the customer will go directly to the manufacturer to have their defective product serviced. Additional to that, one can extend this manufacturer warranty with one of our extended warranty plans. b. In case the manufacturer does not honor the warranty of the product internationally, we will automatically attach a warranty plan to it according to this warranty coverage table. Where applicable, the customer can extend the standard warranty included for up to 5 years depending on the product category.
The
fine print
iPelagos.com
does not cover the shipping cost to our Return Good Office unless it is our fault. In such a case, in order to be compensated for the return shipping fee the customer should follow the shipping instructions provided at the time the RMA is issued.
Id shipping on your own, we
recommend using a traceable shipping method (EMS, Federal Express, UPS, DHL,
etc.); iPelagos.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged items
during shipment to the Return Office.
Depending
on stock and availability of product, iPelagos.com will send your
replacement/repaired product within 14 business days.
The
warranty on your replacement/repaired product is for the balance of the original warranty.

Returns:
Returns of a product, other than
the DOA and wrong-item scenario discussed above, are subject to a 20%
restocking
fee and shipping and handling fees are not refundable. In any case, however, NO returns, under any circumstances, are
allowed after 14 days from the day of purchase. It is the buyer's
responsibility to
check that the items bought are compatible with their existing systems,
goods, network, ISP, or telephone systems.
Customers requesting shipping to countries other than Cyprus
are 100% responsible to make sure that what they are purchasing will be
compatible with their existing systems,
goods, gsm network, ISP, or telephone systems. No returns whatsoever
will be accepted for orders going to countries other than
Cyprus, due to incompatibility reasons. However, if an item is
incompatible it should be returned within 14 days from the day of receipt
at the customer's expense. NO returns whatsoever, for any reason, will
be accepted after this 14-day time period.
Defective
Item Return
Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, including
ALL original accessories, packaging and manuals, as if they
were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the RMA.
Returns are permitted within 14 days from the date of purchase of
merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted by iPelagos.com only
if all conditions A, B,
C, D below are met. Returned
items are be subject to a 20% restocking fee, shipping fees are not refundable and shipping to us is a responsibility of the customer unless defective.
A) All
returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging
(foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.) blank, unfilled warranty cards, all
instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory
cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if
packaging is not in its original condition so make sure that during
that 14-day timeframe you keep all materials that came with your
product.
B) All
returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition.
Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
C) All
returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the
item. For example, a camera must be returned with its original battery,
charger, cords, straps, etc. No returns will be accepted if any of
these packed accessories are missing or we reserve the right to charge a fee depending on the missing items.
D) All
returns must be authorized by iPelagos.com prior to sending anything to us. Send us an
email for authorization number and instructions prior to shipping any
merchandise back. Enclose the original receipt or a copy of it with
your return. Additional shipping instructions will be provided at the time the RMA is issued.
NOTE:
Returned merchandise which is lost or damaged in transit is not our
responsibility. Please insure your return with your carrier. It is your
responsibility to file claims with the carrier upon the discovery of
the problem.
