3CCD Sensor
Has separate sensors for red, green and blue, giving
greater colour accuracy and less colour bleed. Professional video
cameras use 3CCD systems.
Optical Image Stabiliser
Physically adjusts the alignment of some of the internal
lens elements to counteract camera shake. The benefit of this over
digital image stabilisers is that it is performed before light reaches
the sensor and so there is no loss of image quality.
Leica Dicomar Lens The 10x zoom lens by world renowned manufacturer
Leica has been incorporated into the NV-GS330. It features advanced
coatings to reduce flare and low dispersion glass to minimise false
colour. Also features a Tele-Macro function for shooting closeups at
full zoom.
Crystal Engine
This image processor separately deals with the red, green
and blue components of the image to maximise quality and keep image
noise to a minimum.
Still Image Recording Record still images onto an SD/ SDHC card at
resolutions of up to 3.1 megapixels.
Simultaneous stills and
video
Record still photos at 1.2 megapixel resolution onto your
SD card while still recording video footage onto tape.
Full 16:9 recording
Records at the same resolution as true 16:9 widescreen for
full quality playback on your widescreen TV. The 2.7 inch LCD monitor
is also in 16:9 wide format for a large full screen image that is easy

Increases the intensity of the backlighting of the display

Anti Ground Shooting
In this optional mode the O.I.S. linear motor system
detects when the camera is in an unusual shooting position - eg. left
on in recording mode. It then automatically stops recording, saving
both battery power and tape.

Comes with editing software for USB editing and can be used as a Webcam
with Windows Messenger.
