Been using a BlackBerry for almost 4 years- you can't beat BB you know it- and I was quite skeptical I have to say to get one without the actual full QWERTY keyboard. At the beginning, not being used to the touchscreen, I found it quite annoying and always kept my old 8830 around but little by little I've become 100% comfortable with it.
