CREDIT CARDS
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note that there is a limit of $4000,00 for credit card payments. Orders can only be shipped to the address registered with your Bank.
PAYPAL
We accept payments via PayPal from VERIFIED PayPal members only. We can only accept PayPal only for orders totaling $600 or less. If you are a Verified member with a confirmed address and would like to pay using PayPal, instead of a credit card, please send an email to our Billing Department with the words "Payment by PayPal" in the subject and indicate your email address after you have created an account with us. The email address you used with us should match the email address on your Verified PayPal account. You will then be granted permission to pay by PayPal.
WIRE TRANSFERS
Ask for your pro-forma invoice before you submit your payment with Wire Transfer. The exact information needed for the transfer will be provided then. All orders paid with Wire Transfer will be dispatched as soon as the payment is received. Typically, Wire Transfers take 2 business days to be completed.
CASH ON DELIVERY
We currently do not accept cash on delivery orders. For faster processing and delivery orders are being shipped directly to the customer from our warehouse and delivered by FedEx. Rerouting of orders to accommodate COD requests has proved to cause significant delays. We had to retire this option.
For shipping charges, utilize the shipping calculator on the "View Cart" page. Attn: Before you calculate shipping make sure you have added all items you are considering to buy in your shopping cart as shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the entire shipment. There is a minimum charge(base), regardless of the weight, that applies to the first item in a shopping cart. Additional items, added to an existing shopping cart, enjoy a significant shipping discount. SHIPPING INSURANCE
All shipping charges include the premium for the insurance coverage of the full value of your order. The insurance includes coverage against loss or damage.
As soon as you place your order you 'll receive a confirmation email. Save that email for future reference. If you have not received the confirmation email within 5 minutes please contact us immediately as you may have accidentally provided the wrong email address at check-out. We'll need to fix that so you can receive all the future order status updates from us.
TRACKING
Once payment is verified your order is shipped and a tracking number is sent to you. Additionally you can track your order from within your account. Please allow 3-5 days to receive your order from the time you have placed your order.
