Q1: When I receive my order in Cyprus will I have to pay any ADDITIONAL CHARGES? Ans: When you make a purchase on the internet and it arrives from outside the EU, you pay no VAT at the time of purchase but your purchase is subject to a 17% VAT upon arrival in Cyprus. We maintain warehouses in the US and Hong Kong and so this would be the case here.
Q2: So what is my FINAL COST? Ans: Not hard, really. Your total cost can be broken down into 3 parts:
the listed price of your item(s)- this is what you see on the product's page.
shipping cost- simply add all items you want to buy into your shopping cart and click "Calculate shipping".
VAT. You do NOT pay vat at the time of purchase. You pay it, instead, when FedEx delivers your order to you. This is at 17% and there are no other taxes due.
1+2+3 make up your TOTAL price. Or, 1+2+3= FINAL COST. If you end up paying more, which should not be the case, we will refund the difference.
So (1)+(2) you pay it at the time of check-out on this website and (3) you pay it in Cyprus to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

Q4: Do you maintain a physical store in Cyprus where I can walk in, browse your inventory and buy on the spot? Ans: We do not maintain a retail, walk-in store in Cyprus. We are an online-only store. What that means is that orders need to be placed, and paid for, on our website, are shipped directly to you from our warehouse and are delivered by FedEx at your doorstep. Q5: HOW LONG does it take for my order to arrive? Ans: We use FedEx Express and once your order is shipped it takes 2-3 days in transit to arrive in Cyprus. A tracking number is provided when the order is shipped.
Q6: I need my order as soon as possible, within 2 days tops. Can you offer me a guarantee that delivery will occur by then? Ans: NO. Even though the estimates in the previous question are 99% of the time accurate we want you to understand that there are exogenous factors that may creep in and delay your order. These may range from natural disasters, airplane mechanical failures etc which are obviously beyond ours and anyone else's control. Therefore, if it's a matter of life or death to receive your package within a very short timeframe we advise that you do not place the order in the first place.
Q7: Is it possible you indicate a lower price on the invoice for tax purposes? Ans: NO. We insure all packages for their full value which protects against loss or damage in transit.
Q8: What if I qualify for a VAT-exempt purchase? Do I still have to pay the VAT or how do I go about claiming the VAT back if I have already paid it? Ans: Even though we cannot provide any specific advise regarding VAT matters, if you believe that you are eligible to avoid paying/claiming the VAT back, we recommend that you contact FedEx directly (to whom you will be paying the VAT) or the Customs Offices in Cyprus(to whom FedEx will be paying the VAT on your behalf). If this information is critical for your purchase decision, please make sure you ask for and obtain this information ahead of time before placing your order. Orders are typically sent to our warehouse for fulfillment almost immediately after they are received and cannot be canceled. If you need an invoice/receipt in order to claim your VAT back we will include one and the one issued by FedEx that shows the amount paid might be an option as well. FedEx can be contacted through FedEx.com.cy and the Customs Office through mof.gov.cy or by phone. Q9: Do I have to visit the Customs office to collect my package? A: NO. FedEx will do everything for you and deliver the package at your doorstep, no hassle. This service is included in the shipping premium.
Q10: What if my package gets lost or damaged on its way to me? Do you include INSURANCE? Ans: We INSURE all packages for their full value. So in case your package gets lost you will get a full refund of your money. This insurance premium is included in the shipping fee.
Q11: How can I view the status of my order? Ans: For all orders you have placed with us you will be able to obtain a real-time status by logging into your account and navigating under "Track my Orders". This brings you up to speed on your order status and, if the package has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number as well. Q12:Your prices are listed in US dollars. What is the corresponding price in EUROS? Q16: Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery) ? Ans: NO, we do not accept cash on delivery. Q17: When I place my order, why do you need to know the issuing bank of my credit card? Ans: The issuing bank we need so we can verify with them that you are the actual owner of the credit card you have used on our site as well as that the shipping address you used matches with your billing address, i.e. where you receive your bank statements. In the meantime, all fraudulent and unauthorized transactions will be reported to the authorities for further investigation.
Q18: Can I have my order shipped to an address other than the Billing Address? Ans: Yes, we understand that for various reasons you may want to have your order delivered at an address other than where you receive your bank statements. That is acceptable as long as the shipping address is officially registered with the bank as well. If it's not, then you can call your bank ahead of time and let them know. Please note that an attempt to place an order requesting shipping to an address that is not registered with the bank may result in delays of up to 10 business days while our Billing Department works on the billing verification process. Unauthorized usage of credit cards will be reported to the authorities.
Q19: What is a "billing address"? Ans: Billing address is the address where you receive your bank statements. In other words, that is the address that your bank has on record. If you wish to have your item shipped to an address other than your billing address please revisit Q18.
